New Regional Postcodes

The changes announced to the definition of regional Australia. The regional post codes are now divided in to three parts that are:

• MAJOR CITIES
• CITIES AND MAJOR REGIONAL CENTRES
• REGIONAL CENTRES AND OTHER REGIONAL AREAS

Specific postcodes can be found in Migration (LIN 19/217: Regional Areas) Instrument 2019.

To claim extra regional points the applicants mainly exclude Sydney, Melbourne and

Brisbane. Many other other post codes including Gold Coast is now regional which brings in great opportunity.
