Temporary Skilled Shortage Visa
TSS is for the employer who are struggling to get a suitable candidate from the local market. If you have a small or large organisation and like to employ any overseas candidate in your Australian business or like to employ any candidate currently in Australia then this visa may help you.
This visa is a long term ranging from 1 year to 4 years, subject to the occupation. For example the IT professionals who can be sponsored for up to 2 and 4 years are:

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- English IELTS 5 over all for STSOL or 5 each for MLTSSL or equivalent other English exam or 5 year English medium study for STSOL.
- Pathway to PERMANENT RESIDENCY
- No English required or Skills exemption available under DAMA agreement with some states.
