AAT Review (Administrative Appeal Tribunal)

AAT Review

You can request a review of visa, nomination, sponsorship, or any other immigration-related decision through the Australian court system. The deadlines for submitting a review to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or higher courts are strict and varying.

You may receive a bridging visa to stay in Australia during the review process until a final decision is made. We can represent you in court, assist with lodging a strong application, and handle all current and future legal queries for a fixed fee.

Instalment Option

Definition: The instalment option allows clients to pay the total fee regularly over a specified period. This is pay-as-you-go, or in other words, an agreed-upon timeframe.

Advantages for the Client:
Affordability: Spreading the cost over several payments makes the service more affordable and accessible to clients who may not have the funds for a lump sum payment.
Budget Management: It helps clients manage their cash flow and budget more effectively, as they don’t have to part with a large amount of money at once.

Fees and Payment:
First payment—The first payment is due when the agreement is signed, which means when the lodgement process begins.
Second Payment—The second payment is due when the AAT member is allocated on the file and requests further information or the case is allocated for a hearing.
Final payment—The final payment is due after the decision on the application. This payment is payable regardless of whether the result is favourable.
