Refund Policy for Appointment Bookings

General Policy:

Our refund policy applies to all appointment bookings made through our website. We value your decision to choose our services and understand that sometimes plans change.

Cancellation by Client:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund due to the time reserved and potential lost opportunities for other clients.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without any additional charge, provided the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before the appointment may incur a 30% rescheduling fee.

No-Shows:

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund.

Cancellation by Us:

In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or the unavailability of a MARA agent, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Urgent Appointments:

The fee for urgent appointments is non-refundable, as it requires our MARA agent to prioritize and potentially rearrange their existing commitments.

Refund Process:

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Exceptions:

Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of Auzworld Migration management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
